  • Contact, order information, and information you provide in your user-generated reviews to Yotpo, Inc., who helps us manage reviews and testimonials.
  • Payment information to service providers that serve as our payment processors.
  • Contact information and information from your inquiries to service providers that help us provide our chatbot. This may include disclosure of the communications with our chatbot provider, Gorgias, Inc. The contents of the communications will not be used for any purpose other than to support us, but are also subject to Gorgias’s applicable terms of service and privacy policy.
  • Provide artificial-intelligence powered features. For example, we may disclose your user-generated content to OpenAI and Anthropic. The contents of the personal communications will not be used for any purpose other than to support our Services, but are also subject to OpenAI, Inc. (terms of service and privacy policy) and Anthropic PBC (terms of service and privacy policy)
  • Automatically collected information associated with our website analytics and other service providers who manage and optimize our Website and Services.
